This is an opportunity to come together with the Lama Yeshe LIng Sangha community and enjoy each other's company and support.

We can share in the practice of leading different meditations like Tong-len (Taking and Giving)  and Equanimity

We will share a Pot-luck lunch (bring a vegetarian dish to share) and, weather permitting, take a walk along the Hamilton waterfront for those who wish.

There will be a place to heat the food if needed.
