Meditations for Building Inner Strength - 16 Guidelines for Life
Why meditate? When you control your mind with wisdom you create the space you need to discover peace and joy. Your life then becomes peaceful and joyful and somewhat protected from the ups and downs of the external world. For beginner to advanced meditators.
This series is structured into 16 weekly 1 hour sessions, on Wednesdays, in a four-part series based on each individual wisdom theme: How we think, How we act, How we relate to others, and How we find meaning.
This course will be facilitated by Sharon Babineau and Laurie Dolan.
Join for a session, for a part of the course, or for all 16 Guidelines.
You will not need to register again for future sessions in this series. Those who have registered for earlier parts of this series do not need to register again.

Optional in-person half-day retreat - end of the course - Saturday, November 30, 10 am -1 pm
